Delete Your Doxa Account

Doxa Healthcare Technologies Ltd. ("Doxa Healthcare", "we", "our", or "us") allows you to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request that your Doxa account and associated data be deleted, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to hellodoxahealth@gmail.com with the subject line: "Request to Delete My Doxa Account".
2. In your email, please include:
   • Your full name associated with the account
   • The email address linked to your Doxa account
   • A brief statement that you wish to delete your account and all associated data
3. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days of receiving your email.

Types of Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete the following types of data:

• Personal identifiable information (name, email address, date of birth, phone number, home address, profile picture)
• Physical health data (height, weight, blood type, vital signs)
• Medical history, symptoms, medications, clinic notes, and health records
• Chat and video consultation history
• Prescriptions, lab requests, and investigation records
• Appointment booking history
• Payment-related information (except where required by law to retain for tax/accounting purposes)

Data Retained for Legal or Compliance Purposes

We may retain certain data for a limited time after account deletion if required by law (e.g., for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes) or to protect our legal rights. This data will be securely stored and only accessed as needed for legal or compliance reasons.
